I have been excited to start offering this for a while! Finally it’s here.
Massage therapy offerings – listed below + Guided stretching and meditation for 1-6 people, infrared sauna, in the cat hotel full of cuddles and cat attention, or a private bedroom in the house after June 15th.
I was previously an RMT from 1996 – 2016. Completing courses in and integrating previous RMT, Spa massage, Relaxation massage, Osteopathy, Cranial Sacral, Infant massage, Stretching reflexology etc. I had a rehab yoga studio for 4 years helping athletic and injured patients rehab. Meditation and yin stretching. My strength and focus lies in providing stress relief and proper body alignment. I follow the bodies signals and create a healing space for you to come back to yourself. I can do deep tissues, but will not if asked, unless I intuitively know it will benefit in the long run.
Sessions will be In the cat hotel, with the cats. By referral only, or cat hotel customers only. Obviously, you must love cats. If we have never met, an interview and hotel tour will be required before entering for any length of time for $20 per meet and greet.
Thai Massage stretching, Relaxation massage, Thai Massage, Stress Massage (focus scalp/feet), Reflexology. Scalp massage.
Most sessions can be done on the massage table, the floor or on the couch depending on your time and needs.
Coconut oil is used for table massage, or keep your clothes on for some shiatsu type pressure pointing and stretching. I will use an infrared heating pad, and i have a large thumper (hand held vibrating massage tool 1/4the the size of your back) to relax your nervous system and muscles. I also have an infrared sauna available for $35 per session ($25 when paired with a massage).
